Pharmacy Alternatives takes pride in working with special needs populations.
Our customers are individuals who live in foster care, assisted living, group homes, supported-living or waiver homes. They may have diagnoses of mental retardation, acquired brain injury, dementia, cerebral palsy, autism, or Alzheimer's disease, among others.
Customer service is very important to us. If you are a Pharmacy Alternatives customer, our certified pharmacists are happy to work directly with you, your physician, your nurse, or your support staff to answer any questions you may have about your medications or our services, or to work out any issues that may arise related to ordering, billing, or delivery.
Our pharmacists and staff will work with customers to individualize medication processes as much as may be possible. We also strive to ensure that reimbursement for medications is the best possible so that our customers are not spending money needlessly on medications that may be covered by their current or another available plan.
